  3. 刀尖半徑。刀尖圓弧半徑的大小對加工表面質量和切削力有重要影響。較大的刀尖半徑可以使加工表面更加光滑,但會增加切削力;較小的刀尖半徑則切削力較小,但加工表面可能相對粗糙。

  二、刀具材料參數

  1. 硬度。刀具材料的硬度決定了其抗磨損和抗變形的能力。高硬度的刀具材料能夠在高速切削和重負荷加工中保持良好的切削性能,延長刀具的使用壽命。

  三、切削參數

  1. 切削速度。刀具切削刃相對于工件的線速度。切削速度的選擇應根據刀具材料、工件材料、加工要求等因素綜合考慮。過高的切削速度可能導致刀具磨損過快、加工表面質量下降;過低的切削速度則會降低加工效率。
